Each EN is individually handcrafted, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Small variations in placement, texture, colour, or finish may occur as part of the handmade character of each piece.

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and display characteristics.

These handmade variations do not limit any rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged, or materially misdescribed goods.

We sell completed pieces that are currently available.

We do not currently offer made-to-order, preorder, or backorder purchases.

Availability may change as pieces are purchased. If a piece is no longer available, it will be shown as sold out.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

You must select an available earring fitting before adding EN to your cart.

Please review the fitting type and material carefully before ordering.

Metal sensitivity varies from person to person. We do not guarantee that any fitting material will be suitable for every individual.

Prices displayed to customers in Australia are shown using the store’s Australian market pricing and currency settings.

The final product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and total amount payable will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices and currency conversions may change from time to time.

We accept payment methods made available through Shopify Payments, including major credit cards and Shop Pay.

Payment is processed when you place your order at checkout.

Your order is subject to successful payment processing and product availability.

If we cannot reasonably fulfil an order after payment has been processed, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.

We currently ship to Australia only.

Orders are sent from Japan by Japan Post EMS with tracking. A flat shipping fee of A$30 applies to each order.

Your piece will be dispatched from Japan in approximately one week. This estimate refers to dispatch and does not include international transit time.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, postal operations, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

If additional import duties, taxes, or customs charges are imposed by Australian authorities and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

Customs requirements and charges may change and may affect delivery times.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted more than 24 hours after the order is placed.

If an approved cancellation has already been paid for, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or has another issue that is apparent on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and the issue. If a fault becomes apparent after this period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

The 7-day contact request does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns Policy for details.

Damage caused solely by misuse, accidental damage after delivery, or handling inconsistent with the provided care guidance may not constitute a product fault.

This does not limit rights that apply where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

You are welcome to contact us about repair or aftercare, even years after purchase.

Available support depends on the condition of the piece and may not always be possible.

Our aftercare service is separate from, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If your parcel appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us.

We may investigate the shipment with Japan Post. If your item arrives damaged, please keep the item, packaging, and contents, and include clear photographs when you contact us.

Because each EN is individually handcrafted, an identical replacement may not always be available.

We will work with you toward an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and any applicable consumer rights.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our independently hosted custom storefront uses Shopify for commerce-related functionality. Shopify processes certain customer information when you use its commerce, cart, checkout, payment, or related services. With Shopify Network Intelligence enabled, Shopify may provide Enhanced Services using information from interactions with this store, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify.

Information may be shared with Shopify, service providers, and other third parties, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, to provide these services, fulfil orders, and support customers. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and links to Shopify's applicable privacy documentation.

The content of this website, including brand materials, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

We take reasonable care to keep product, price, availability, and other information accurate.

If an obvious technical, pricing, or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you promptly and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as presented, this may include cancellation and refund.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies, or legal obligations change.

The version that applies to an order is the version made available when that order is placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
